Placing Your Order
Is there a fee to use this service?
Your first Groceries to Go order is completely free. After your first order there is a $4.99 convenience fee for store pick up that is added to your order.
Is there a minimum order amount?
No minimum to use Groceries to Go.
How do I pay for my order?
Payment is accepted online only. You may use a credit or debit card for payment using our secure online payment system.
Barge customers only: Please use the “In-Store Charge” option at checkout and put any account details in “Order Notes”.
Why is there a provisional hold at checkout?
We temporarily authorize your card for the higher of $5 or 10% of the item total. It helps account for charges like item substitutions, final sales tax, and items sold by weight. As soon as your order is complete, we charge your card for exactly what was ordered. Your bank will update the final charge on your statement in 3-7 business days.
Why am I shown an estimated total at checkout?
The prices displayed on our website reflect our current price. Please know that you will be charged the price of the items at the day and time you pick up your order. Taxes aren’t shown at checkout.
How do I order items sold by weight?
Certain items such as apples, bananas, pork chops, and steaks are purchased individually online for convenience, but still paid for by the pound. When your personal shopper selects your items, they are weighed at the store and you’re charged for the exact weight of your item.
Pick Up Information
Where do I go to pick up my order?
The parking for Groceries to Go pickup is located on the east side of the building. View the map below to see where to park. When you arrive, call (618) 524-3845 and let us know that you’re ready to pick up your Groceries to Go order and we’ll promptly bring your order to you.
What are your pick up hours?
Grocery pickup is available from 10 AM to 7 PM Monday through Saturday. Sunday pickup is not available.
How soon can I pickup my order?
Orders must be placed four hours in advance. You can also place an order up to 7 days in advance.
